j'ai trouvé cette recette qui a encore l'air délicieux, j'essaierai vendredi (mon jour sans viande) :-) et vous donnerai des nouvelles:

- 2 tomates
- 2 oeufs durs
- cornichons, oignons, ail semoule
- sel, poivre
- thym, persil
- 4 épices
- 2cs de Fromage blanc
- 1 petite boite de thon
Couper un chapeau à la tomate et évider la (conservez la chair)
Ecraser les oeufs durs à la fourchette, et ajoutez y les autres ingrédients émincés ainsi que la chaire de la tomate (sauf la tomate)
Farcir la tomate avec la préparation
jai testé! délicieux! par contre, j'ai mixé la chair de tomate, le fromage blanc et le thon au Mixeur puis jai ajouté les cornichons, les oeufs (sans les jaunes), les épices et les oignons avant de farcir la tomate. Super recette!
