Quand vous êtes au régime, vous appréhendez le plus le moment où la tentation arrive. Lors des sorties , chez des amis, au restaurant, ça devient dur de ne pas résister à toutes les tentations qu'on nous propose et d'habitude nos amis nous disent toujours "mais tu es belle comme ça, arrête un peu ton régime, bois un verre avec nous" ou " ce n'est qu'un petit bout de gâteau, allez!" "pour mon anniversaire, allez, fais moi plaisir", oui mais ce verre, ou ce petit bout de gâteau ou encore ce petit chips, il met tous nos efforts de la journée et ceux de la semaine aussi parfois en danger. et une fois qu'on a triché, c'est encore plus dur de s'arrêter de manger et de revenir sur le bon chemin...
Le mieux c'est de choisir vous-même le resto, quand c'est possible : un japonais où vous mangerez des tas de sashimis délicieux et pleins de bon cholestérol, un steak house où vous dégusterez un filet de boeuf savoureux, une rôtisserie où vous dévorerez un poulet croustillant...
Il faut éviter au maximum les sandwicheries où le choix de salades est médiocre (si encore c'est une journée Protéines Légumes), les fast food et les restaurant italiens (essayez de commander un filet grillé sans sauce en regardant vos amis manger des pâtes, des pizzas ou des escalopes panées...)
En fin de repas, pour ne pas avoir envie d'un dessert, demandez un pepsi max ou un autre soda au goût très sucré et à 1 calorie seulement, et si la tentation est trop forte redemandez une entrée protéinée ça vous calera et l'envie passera plus facilement!
Enfin, si vous avez quand même craqué, marchez 20 minutes de plus par verre de vin ou faites 2 ou 3 jours de protéines pures les jours qui suivent...
