Préparation : 10 minutes
Cuisson : 60 minutes
Pour 4 personnes - Phase PP - Attaque
Ingrédients
8 escalopes de poulet
1 oignon
2 gousses d'ail
1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre frais
Le jus et le zeste de 2 citrons
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja salée
1/2 cuillère à café d'arôme anis
1 bouquet garni
1 pincée de cannelle
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Découper la volaille en lamelles. Faire chauffer la cocotte et y faire revenir l'oignon, l'ail, et le gingembre pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter la volaille et faire sauter 10 minutes en remuant. Mouiller avec le jus des citrons, la sauce de soja, 15 centilitres d'eau et l'arôme anisé. Ajouter le bouquet garni, la cannelle, le gingembre en poudre et émincé, les zestes des citrons. Saler et poivrer et laisser mijoter 45 minutes.

Un poulet aux saveurs d'anis et de cannelle, je veux bien tester ! Le poulet doit sûrement bien s'imprégner de l'arôme anisé.
