j'ai vu ce matin que le Dr Dukan a commencé à vendre dans sa boutique en ligne des biscuits au son d'avoine. il en existe 2 saveurs : noix de coco et noisettes.
C'est dommage, ce sont des saveurs que je n'apprécie pas beaucoup mais si vous aimez l'une ou l'autre n'hésitez pas à les goûter et les adopter!
Ce qui manque le plus dans ce régime à la longue c'est cette sensation de croquer quelque chose: un biscuit, une frite, un chocolat, une chips, ...
La viande, la galette, les oeufs, le poulet, les légumes, tout ce que nous consommons à gogo est tendre. Rien ne fait crac crac...
Au bout de quelques mois, on finit par craquer pour croquer quelque chose... Et c'est la "craquastrophe" quand on n'arrive plus à s'arrêter! ;)
C'est donc pas trop tôt cher Dr Dukan d'avoir créé ce biscuit, pouvez-vous nous en faire un saveur chocolat SVP?

les biscuits auparavant uniquement disponibles sur la boutique dukan online sont enfin en supermarché! vous pourrez les trouver au Monoprix, Casino et Géant.

sur Paris, j'ai dû visiter plusieurs Monoprix pour trouver ce que je cherchais, et encore, je n'ai même pas trouvé les dukatines chocolat :(
ReplyDeleteIl faut aussi savoir que les biscuit Dukan ne se trouvent pas au rayon dietetique mais au rayon biscuit (tres bizarre), les galettes et les plats cuisinés se trouvent au rayon frais (mais pas ensemble) et les dukatines se trouvent soit au rayon cereales soit au rayon des paquets de son de blé, d'avoine, de farine etc.
j'ai aussi trouvé les dukatines, les biscuits et les galettes chez TOP PROTEINE BAR, 17 rue de Berri (une des rues qui coupent les Champs Elysees par le haut - je crois le tournant de la boutique Swatch ou celui juste apres). ils ont un site web www.topproteine.fr et proposent des shake sans sucre et sans matières grasses arôme chocolat, nescafé ou autre. j'ai testé le chocolat pas mal du tout et ça cale trop bien mais comme dis Dr Dukan, il ne faut pas abuser des sachets protéinés mais ça fait un super en-cas ;)
